Fee & Registration
Tuition fees will be collected at the beginning of each 4-lesson block, during the first week of the month. There are no registration nor material fee. A refundable 1-month security deposit will be collected in the second month.
Trial Lesson(s)
Instead of trial lesson(s), you can leave anytime in the first month. Fees for lessons not taken (in the first month) will be fully refunded.
Remedy for Absenteeism
The student or parent may consider:
Attending another physical class during the same week .
Attend the online (live) lessons at the available timing(s).
Request for a fee offset in the following payment cycle.
Public Holidays / Cancellation of Lessons
There will be no lesson during gazetted public holidays and makeup sessions will be arranged. In the unfortunate event that the tutor is unwell, the lesson will be cancelled. Make up lessons will be arranged at the other available timings in the same month. Fees will not be carried forward for offsetting in the next payment cycle unless make-up lesson is not available.
Withdrawal
For withdrawal, notice must be given at least one month in advance, except for the first month where you can leave anytime.
Safety Measures
We will do its utmost to ensure the safety and comfort of every student, but will undertake NO liability or responsibility should any injury or mishap happen to any student during our charge at our physical locations.
Copyright & Personal Data
You/your child undertake not to make copies or allow copies to be made of materials and/or documents from Boundless Physics.
Consent is hereby given for Boundless Physics to collect, use and disclose the client’s personal data for purposes reasonably required by Boundless Physics, in order to provide the products or services to the client.
Location
As much as we would like to stay at one fixed location, we are making use of rental classrooms and availability of rooms may change. We will duly inform all affected students if that happens.
